Quality policy

Goal of our company is to ensure long-lasting, successful and complex development within the spectrum of business activities. We pay constant attention to service and supply quality at always increasing quality requirements of our customers.

This policy is related to our Quality policy, which is based on the following priorities:

  • The primary task is meeting the requirements, expectations and wishes of our customers
  • Quality of our services has to meet the requirements of our customers more than competing services. This task is considered as constant process necessary for creation and maintaning company and brand's image of a reliable partner.
  • The role of top management is by specific example, co-operative leadership, awareness and clear form ensure participation of all employees in the quality policy
  • The fundamental duty of SKLO-KRIŠTÁĽ Ltd. employees is assurance of the quality and its continuous improvement. Above all, the employees are responsible for the quality of their own work.
  • Our preferences are politeness, reliability and correctness. We prefer quality, willingness, flexibility, meeting deadlines and volume of requirements.
  • Continuous trainings of all employees, change in approach and methods of work activities organization are needed for entire production's quality assurance and improvement.
  • For improvement of our service quality is needed to emphasize the importance of internal audits of quality system and consistent use of their results.
